Linking Unicenter for VMS 8.3 1

Simply put, the software most likely needs to be re-installed on 8.3. Perhaps, this system was upgraded from an earlier release, and TNG Performance Agent was not re-installed. Alternatively, the TNG Performance Agent is from an earlier version (perhaps 7.3-2) of OpenVMS.
This message will occur because the existing image was linked specific to a particular version.
Been there, done that, with a variety of products.
