Linking to Paradox 7 table

I am attempting to link to a Paradox 7 .db file and get the error message that it can not find the file. Using Access 2000 on my development machine is not a problem, only when I attempt to make the link on the clients PC.
Any suggestions on what I may be missing please, or suggestions on where to start looking.
