Hello all!
I am having trouble with some linked Paradox tables in Access 2000. I can read them, update them, etc.; but whenever I "access" them, they become exclusively locked. I have tried installing the Borland Database Engine
as suggested at the Microsoft site, even updated it to the latest version, but the problem became worse; I could not even open the tables then.
Is there a certain way to do this so the tables are not exclusively locked? The tables are on a server which many users in our company need to read from.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is a crippling problem for our company!
Thanks
