linking to Goldmine

Hi all
Have a customer using Phonemanager Pro on IPO500 v4.05 and wants to link to Goldmine 6.5. All calls ring to reception 1st who then either transfers or announces a parked area.

They want everyone to be able to screen pop Goldmine when the call is received.

My questions are:

In phonemanager there are 2 settings for popping, Ringing and Answer. Does this mean that reception would use Ringing as the call rings her phone, but everyone else would set it to Answer as they will be retreiving the call?

To link to Goldmine, do I just connect the the GMWS6.exe file, are there any other settings to be changed?

What is the number format to be used in the database, i.e. +00.... or just 019282822 ?

Not sure on the ringin/answer issue, but yes, you link to the GMWS6.exe file.
As for the number format, we simply use the UK format without international codes.
To be fair, we don't use the Goldmine Link much though.
