The manager I am building a departmental website for requested a scheduler. I have access to a calendar in an Outlook Public Folder. I right clicked on the calendar & sent myself a link to the folder. It is a .xnk file (?) I can open the link from Outlook & when I paste it in Word, but not from FP. I get the message, "no picture editor is configured." I haven't published the web yet, but when I view it in the brower & click on the link - nothing. Is this something I can fix? Any ideas about how to give him a scheduler?

Many Thanks!

My best guess it that you create a ODBC/DSN connection to your outlook calender (it's some sort of database.

You should be able to create a ASP Calender (look at or for some examples).

We did the same on our intranet but we used an Access database for this purpose.

Why don't you just save your outlook calendar for the web as an html file? -Phil

Many thanks guys! I appreciate your suggestions. My manager has decided to 86 the calendar & go with an altogether different idea, just as I was nearing a solution. %-> Maybe I can use this in my next project.
