Hi- this is an annoying problem and I'm not sure if it can be resolved- We're trying to prepare printer maps of our buildings and to have areas of mouseovers to see what printer is available to print to- that's working fine- the next thing we want to do is have the user click on it and install a print driver specific to that print queue they choose- all I need it to do is go to an NT print queue:

\\servername\printqueuename
This will not work- If I just put the \\servername, it lists all the print queues, but the user obviously would not know which one to pick- so we want to link directly to the printer- it's supposed to stop& ask if you want to install the driver. I made a hotspot with a link to the printqueue, it keeps leaving off the last slash. so when you view it in the browser you get:

\\servername\printqueue
and an error, page not found.

the minute you add the slash at the end and hit enter, it works! HOW can I get this idea to work? I've been going crazy!Any other program, Dreamweaver, Flash?

HELP!!!
Lisa
