Linking to a network share

I am trying to add a link to an e-mail so that people can click on it to go to a share that has our company photos on it.

i cannot get this to work in Ourlook 2000.

Can this be done?

Use the UNC path to it

I.E. \\Servername\share if it does not show up as a hyperlink then put < >'s around it like <\\servername\share> (I think you only need one set but it may be 2 like <<\\servername\share>>(usually occurs when you have a path with spaces.

Remember everyone has to have access to the place your linking it to as well.
