Linking to a Frame base website

Hi,

I am trying to set up a link to a section of a website that is designed in frames. I really want the page to show the left navigation bar and the right performance page. When I look at the code and get the site for the right performance frame and link to it I lose the left navigation frame.

Is there a way I can set up a hyperlink to account for the frame page I am linking to?
