Hi everyone

This is the first I have posted this year so Happy New Year everyone (yeah I know it's late but better late than never)

What's the best way to link a scanned document to each entry?? I'm designing a database for a company and they want each entry to have a passport photo linked to it

Any advice would be great

Thanx people

The general opinion form other Tek Tippers is to store the filename in a text field and show the image at run time.

I have an Access 97 database (I think I may have 2000 as well) that uses code supplied by Tek Tips that should point you in the right direction.

Send me an e mail if you want a copy.
