Linking RIGHTFAX to Mitel

Hi All,

Could you please advise me on configuring Mitel MCD 4.1 to connect to RIGHTFAX Server. The current connection is- RIGHTFAX server connected to my BRI card & the DID number are coming through PRI pipe. So now, I can only the fax numbers internal, but I cannot dial DID number from external.

Please help me guys.

Could you please clearify what the problem is. Normally you have a number of DID numbers within the company's range that are faxes and these individual numbers are routed to the Fax server. The fax server will answer all incoming calls and identify the dialed number as the box to put the message in.
