Linking Realitis via euro to an ACD system management tool

Hi,

I have a realitis DX on Ver6.2 and am using dli cards to link the system to a third party ACD system. In theory this is fairly simple but how do I pass calls to the back office on the realitis. Presumably this can be done by dialling a number from the ACD system. Any help would be great!

Depending on the Model/Make of your 3rd Party ACD system?
There would normally be an access code given to a group of trunks that connect to your DX. This ACD system may also be able to "Network" using site codes/access codes.
If this is the case then it would be to use site codes for each PBX.
The easiest way to get over your problem is to get the ACD Vendor to program your DX numbers to route over this link.
i.e if Access code to DX is 701 and extension numbers begin with 51xx then
51xx would translate to 70151xx
if a site code is used (LSSP SPEID to check on DX, third field of numbers displayed)i.e 8001
then
51xx would translate to 800151xx and then in a routing table
800151xx would translate to 701800151xx
