Linking Problems

I am trying to link a icon to open up a windows explorer in a certain directory. It does not not have to be in windows explorer as long as I can get a current list of what is in the directory and can click on the file to open it. Can someone please help me.

make sure your webserver is set to "allow directory browsing"
and link your image to that directory:
eg.

<a href="[URL unfurl="true"]http://www.site.com/my_directory_folder/"><img[/URL] src="/image.jpg" border="0"></a>
