Hi all does anyone know what you would need to 4 digit dial between systems on the BCM. Assuming the customer has a LAN extention between sites.

BCM side, you will have to receive the digits being sent from the IP office side onto Target lines, then assign those incoming (only) lines to whatever you want.... hunt groups, auto attendant...
BUT each phone, I mean every extension, HAS to have a target line built with the receive digits of itself then assigned as ring only on tht set (will come in on the intercom buttons)
Unlike the IP Office the BCM does NOT learn the other side's extension number automatically.
There are a couple other things that should be done on the BCM side, but it IS doable.
