Currently, I have a database set up for all of our customers. In a separate db, I track quotes and jobs. I would like to link the dbs to insure a new customer is inserted into our contact db. Do I have to put all of the data into a single db or can I run them separately? I would like to keep them separate because other people would like to use the same contact info and I don't want to have to combine everyone applications. It would be a mess.

Thanks,

To link a table from another database so that it appears and can be used in your database, open the database where you want to use the table and click Insert -> Table -> Link Table.
