I have a form "Vendors" with a subform "conference data subform". Basically each page is a medical vendor and the subform lists each year and their participation for said year. I want to be able to click on a particular year and have it take me to another form, "conferences" and have it take me directly the year that was clicked on. It seems like a basic idea but I can't figure it out and have searched far and wide but can't find what I need. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I'd like it to take me to another form. Under the "vendors form" is the subform for each year they've participated in the conference (year, investment, check rec'd, etc). I'd like the conference year (say "2009")to be a link that will take me to another Form I've created with the 2009 conference information. Thanks for taking the time, Matt

How are ya schreima . . .

Your looking to open the form for a [blue]specific Vendor and Year[/blue]. This makes [blue]dhookom[/blue] right ... You need to filter or set criteria proper. As an example the following assumes you have a [blue]VendorID[/blue] field in the mainform (numeric datatype) and that it exists in form Conferences.
Code:
[blue]   Dim Cri As String

   Cri = "[VendorID] = " & Me.Parent!VendorID & " AND " & _
         "[[purple][b]YearFieldName[/b][/purple]] = " & Me![[purple][b]YearFieldName[/b][/purple]]
   DoCmd.OpenForm "Conferences", , , Cri[/blue]
Again ... its just an example. We don't know [blue]fieldnames[/blue] or their [blue]datatypes![/blue] You'll have to supply these.
