This should prove simple for an experienced FMP user.
I have a list I am creating, basically it has 3 fields. Client Name, CD #(which corresponds to the Client, meaning if the clients name is Sample, they may have 4 corresponding cd's another client may have 30)
and the last field is a content field, obviously listing the cd's contents. What I need to do is this. For example, if the client name is XY, I have a drop down menu on CD #, so say it's Client XY CD 01 and the contents are HTML Files. If I go to Client XY, CD 10 I want the content to change-or if i go to a new client I want it to change to the correct content. Any ideas?
Thanks

Another Option might be to create two files; one called Clients and one called CDs.

In the Clients file you can keep a Client ID (unique), Client Name, etc....

In the CD file keep CD# (unique), Contents and Client ID.

You can then create a layout with a portal that allows you to select/enter your Client then show all the CD#'s and content in the window.

If you need more info on setting it up - post here and I'll be happy to detail it for you.
