Linking Excel spreadsheet to Visio

I am wondering if it is possible to link an Excel template that I have created for Wide Area Network proposals into an autopopulating Visio Network diagram? What I am looking to do is have the various locations, Ports, PVCs, etc that I enter into my excel spreadsheet automatically populate into a boilerplate network diagram.

Currently I recreate these Visio diagrams from the same information I input in my Excel spreadsheet. It is a big portion of my day wasted in a duplicated effort.
