I have a database that I need to be able to link to an excel spreadsheet based on a company. I need to have information from desired tables be able to populate information on this spreadsheet. I don't really know a way to go about this and have certain fields populate based on table data and other populate based on user input.

Hi,

This sounds like an Excel issue. This is Access.

Quick answer: Use Data > Import External Data > New Database Query...

Select MS Access files, drill down to your DB, select the table.

You can do a paramete query based on a company. Check out Data > Import External Data > Parameters.

Any further question, post in Forum68.

Skip,
