Linking Excel and Project

Hi, would anyone know how to link data in excel to project? So any data updated in excel worksheet which contains below items (A-K) gets updated in project and vice versa?

Would anyone know what are the equivalent of below in excel in project?
A = Activity
B = Task
C = Milestone
D = Description
E = Responsible Person
F = Issues
G = Comments
H = Dependencies
I = Actions to address
J = Start
K = Due
