As you know when you get an email it will automatically link to the contact record to be viewed under the activities tab. What I have an issue with is when I get an email addressed to a group of 30 people and each person gets a copy in activities. If I delete it, it deletes the email entirely. Is there a way to change this from happening. I only want the email linked to the person that sent it or I sent it to.
