I have a LONG table in Access that has all the product numbers with corresponding descriptions, prices, quantity, etc. I'm trying to import text files (which has a list of certain product numbers and prices) to Access so that the prices can be automatically entered into the Access table in the correct rows so it can correspond with the product number. I have tried doing this in Excel with no luck. Any suggestions? Thanks!

How about

Import the text file to a Temp table.
Run an Update query against the Temp table and Update the Price in the Product table
