Linking data and appearing information 1

Can I create a form in Access so that when data is entered, it will automatically bring up further information?

For example, the Customer ID (from the Customer Table) is entered. How could I bring up just the Domain ID which is in the Domain Table? I need to link the information over into one page.

I'm guessing that you want to automatically populate other information on a form when you choose your Customer ID? If that's what you're trying to do you can use the dlookup function as long as you have key fields that are related in each table. I'd recommend reading the help file on this if you've never used it. Here's the sample from the help file:
