Linking Custom Lists to Project Tasks

I have set up a new custom SharePoint List where we define Objectives for
each of our projects. All these lists will contain is a number of Objective
descriptions. Now, I would like to link Project Tasks from my schedule on
Project Server to the Objectives. This should work in a similar fashion than
linking Issues and Risks to Project Tasks. Any ideas?

I guess you have two list but you give no information whether they are in the same site. If they are in the same site, you can use lookup field to connect them. If they are in different sites, you can use cross-site lookup field.

This is a commercial solution but works well and provide additional features more than cross-site lookup.
