Linking calendars on subsites to main site

Using Windows Sharepoint Servies 3.0

I have a Sharepoint site with subsites.

Is it possible to link calendar items on subsites to a calendar on the main site? I'm looking to merge several calendars on subsites to one calendar on the main site.
