Linking Active Directory to ASA

This is a strange one and I don't want to do it, however have been asked the question and the customer thinks it's a good idea.

The customers wants to be able to delete an Active Directory account, this in turn will delete the Station, agent, Vm box etc from within the Avaya environment.

Is there anything out there which will do this currently or is it going to be a script job

Currently on CM 2 but going to CM 4 shortly
