Linking Access DB to ODBC DB

I am trying to link and Access database to a table within the ODBC SQL Database. I am not getting any information to show up from the SQL Table.
Can you tell me what I might be doing wrong?

I do have fields indexed in the Access DB.

Are you useing ODBC or 'pipes' with your MS SQL DB?
