Linking Access 2007 files to Crystal Reports

We are having trouble in my office linking Access 2007 database files to Crystal Reports version 12.2.0.290. Does anyone know of a solution for this?

Before the Access file was converted to the 2007 format, it worked just fine.

Can you explain exactly what issues you are running into?

The Access 2007 file does not link to a Crystal report. We receive error messages such as "Failed to load database information," and/or "Unknown Database Connector Error.

I assume you are trying to connect to an existing report. Have you tried creating the connection with a blank/new report? Do you get the same error? I have a couple of reports written against an access 2007 db but they were new, I have not tried converting an existing report that was written against an earlier version.
