Linking a task level field to a project level field

Hi All!

I have created a custom field in Enterprise Project Server called Traffic Light at the task level. I would like to link the Project Summery Task value to a Project Level field that will be visible in the Project Center. The idea is to easily provide a manager the ability to quickly determine the status of a project without opening it. How can I link these two together?
