Linking a POP3 account to a contact

Hi,

Can anyone please tell me how to link a contact in my MS Outlook 2003 address book to a specific POP3 account so that all e-mails I generate for that contact use that account? I have three POP3 accounts and must send e-mails to specific contacts using only specific accounts.
