Linking a 412 to a MICOM Marathon 20k pro

Site has a micom connecting to another site. Does anyone know what settings needed to be set in the IP Office in order for the two to communicate. The T1 line settings are currently:

type: E & M tie
Framing ESF
Zero Suppresion: B8ZS
Channel Unit: Forigen Exchange
Line Signaling: CPE

Not sure how you are using it, but the IP Office needs a IP route setup for the 2 locations to talk. Need the gateway IP for this to work.
