Linking 2 Norstar

I have 2 Norstar that in the same compound that I would like to link via Fiber. I have a 2 Digital Interface Card, and 2 Clock service cartridge. I would like to know how do program them.

it would be better to get a vendor involved, do a site survey and get a list of options
