I have a few database applications on different folders. These folders have been moved to a different servercomputer. In the startup database in Tables there are several Table:Linked Access which I cannot open because the link is related to the old servercomputer. How can I edit this link sothat it will link to the new servercomputer. On the menu there is a menu: Linked Table Manager, but I cannot open this, because it is greyed-out(blank).

Are you using an earlier version of the database? Say a 97 database on a 2000 Access Application? If so, you must convert.

yes. If I convert from 97 to 2002, do i have also to convert the other 97 database that is linked to this database?

I tried to open the 97 database with Access 97, but I got a message that tells that I don't have permission, I have to contact the adminstrator. With access 2002 there is a menu under tools/security/workgroup administrator. I can add myself to the workgroup, but how do I do that if open the 97 database in access 97? is there also a workgroup administrator?
