Linked table to Outlook

I have a table which is linked to the Outlook contacts table. The format of the table (i.e the fields) differs when I open the database on different machines. The database then does not function properly, due to a lack of certain fields. How can I get this linked table structure to stay the same from computer to computer?

They are all running the same versions of outlook and access. access 2002 and outlook 2003. Any other suggestions?
