Linked Table Manager Linking to a TEXT file Automation

Is there a way to automate the Linked Table Manger?

I have a table linked to a TEXT file.

I have found code on the internet and the code from Dev Ashish doesn’t seem to want to connect to TEXT or CSV files and the code from PETER VUKOVIC didn’t work either. Is there a way to modify their code to accept TEXT or CSV files or is there a way to invoke the Linked Table Manager with code?

All the files will be in the same location but could end up in different folders.

Thanks PHV, I have this code but when I try to relink the text file to the database I get the following error: #3343 unrecognized database format.

If I use the link manger it's fine, however I would like to automate this.

Any suggestions on a text relink ?

Thanks for the info PHV, but since I am new to in depth Access programing, I am not sure how to automate the connection.

I have googled it and it seems to be an issue but I have yet to find a working solution.

Have you been lucky enough to find a working example ?
