Linked Table Manager is not linking to test back end db,,,,why?

I have a split db setup and want to refresh the linked tables to the test database back end. The linked table manager is not refreshing the links. What am i doing wrong. I thought this worked before.

From what we can see, it did work before and it does work now. However you haven't checked the box "Always prompt for new location". If I am wrong, it's because you haven't provided any information to us.
