This is a problem I have on 2 computers out of 20.
I created crystal reports documents and they have a bitmap Called LOGO.BMP which imports to the top left as a company logo and a word document called address.doc which imports to the top right.
Each company saves there own logo to logo.bmp and business address to address.doc.
As I say this is working on 18 out of 20 installations on the other 2 initially neither the graphic nor the word doc would update even though the updating active x control was displayed.
I then installed VB runtime 4 files onto these computers and the Word document import within the report then updated, however the graphic will not update and remains with the original one linked at the time of creation.
Has any one out there any clues?
