Hello All,
I am new to the exiting world of the as400. I was wondering, is there a way to link files, say from an express sql server to an as400 file?

We acquired a time clock. this time clock writes back to an microsoft 2000 express sql server. we would like to link the data on the 2000 express sql server to a file in the as400.

If you have IBM client software for the AS400 installed on your machine, you should have the available ODBC drivers that will allow you to connect to a AS/400 db/file (don't know the complete mechanics.. but you can also post this to the SQL server forum)
