Linked Documents - Mailbox Attachment Question

Hi

My question is this, When a site synchronises should they only get Linked Documents and e-mail attachments for those records they have access too?

If yes then is there a setting I should look for as it seems my sync sites get everything.

Chris,

Yes if you've ticked for the linked document in e-mails to be synchronised. You'll need to check in the GoldSync administration centre and edit the user.
