We have 3 users that have identical roles in the company, therefore they need to have identical contacts. My question is, is there any way to set up the 3 users contacts so that if User A enters in a new contact, User B and C also immediatley get that contact...and vice versa? They can access each others shared contacts, but Im looking for a way to streamline the process so that all 3 users contacts are always identical.
Any way to do that?
