link with variables to a page with frame

I've a link witch send data to a new window but this new window is composed of 3 frame ! How can i pass the information to the 2° frame ?

you have the information in the 'frameset' (the new window / parent / top) page
and the second frame can access that (as it's its parent !) by using top.the_data_you_re_lookin_for (or parent.the_data...)
