Curious why you would want to do that... If the session variable has been set then you do not need to pass it as it is there and available for you to us on any template?

If you need to pass it in a URL for some reason then you want to reverse the syntax

<a href=&quot;

http://www.aaa.cfm?xxx=session.variable&quot;>link</a>

where xxx is the name of the value to be passed and session.variable is the value of the variable session.variable.

thanks a lot but I´m not sure but I think that it´s not working.
I wanna do that because another site needs a link to my web with one header and I specify the header with a session.variable because I do not want frames.
another suggestion??
