Hi

I have three sites with Symposium 4.5, each linked with 30 Q931 trunks in a triagular formation.

Is it possible from Symposium historical reporting, to work out percentage utilisation of thse trunks?

Something like total CCS?

As far as I am aware (on 4.2 at least), Symposium only registers busy trunk time.

We have a similar situation (but with more sites) and we use Avotus.
