Link transfer in CCR on a BCM50

I am trying to automate a link transfer on my BCM50.
I have the option on all my lines, (and I tested it!)

If I do it manually, it works fine.

I made a choice in my CCR, so keypress 5 will transfer to POOL A, number #P5145551212

If I call my office from my cell phone, and press 5, I soon after, I get a call from my office (my own call), so it works nice.

But for some reason, if I try from any other line, even from my own system, when I press 5, a few seconds later I can hear the link being made, then I rings back to my office, starting all over again.

I'm at loss, and it seems there are not many people using that link-transfer feature on BCM50, but it looks very useful, since it doesn't use 2 lines for the redirection, done that way. (and no volume diminution).

Any clue ?!

What device are you using to call in as the test?

What device does option 5 point too?

Have you looked at Monitor to see what occurs?
