Link to spcific place on page 1

Having a brain fart. Forgotten the code to link to a specific location on a page. I have an named anchour on a page <a name = "Rose"/> and want to link to it from another page. I tried <a href = "MayJuneTours.htm #Rose">JUNE 28</a> and <a href = "MayJuneTours.htm/#Rose">JUNE 28</a> and no worky.I know the syntax is easy can anyone help this poor braindead programmer. All help greatly appreciated.

(no spaces, no escape, just simply *.htm#anchor)
