I keep running into this problem with users at work. I fix most problems remotely. But, How can I get a user to stop the computer from rebooting... I even have the user try to go into safe mode and still the computer is rebooting.. The user was just trying to install a Oracle upgrade and that is when the computer started rebooting all by itself.

Windows 2000 SP3 -- All patchs installed...

Any help would be great..
