Hi All,

This is my first post.

I have a database that stores "events". These events have related pdf files stored in a seperate folder on the same drive. I'm lokking to do two things.

1. How do I dsiplay the file name on a form, if there is one? I don't want to manually enter each file name.

2. How can I create a command box that will delte the file from the folder when I no longer need it?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions. :)
