Link to open Word Doc

Hi,

I have a link on my page that points to a word doc on the server. If I use IE, it will open up the word doc in the browser. How can I make the link prompt the user to download the file (save to local drive) instead of opening up the file in the browser? This only happens if I use IE. In Netscape I get the promt.
