Link to open My Computer window

Seeing as my superiors seem to know everything they have decided that opening a new Explorer (My computer style) will be more useful for a Directory browsing application. I had already written an ASP based application that worked fine but enough of my griping… When I sat down to create the simple link I realized I couldn’t think of a way to pop open a my computer window.
