I thought I would post this. I had lost my original cd of truesync and I found a ftp server in Russia that has a zip file of the cd.
goto:

ftp://cmpd2.phys.msu.su/pub/mobile/Programs/Sync/Starfish/

There are many other motorola files on their site as well.
