Link to foo.exe from Director

I need a quick solution....
Simple director interface with buttons that link to .exe programs to be included on CD. Example....a button may say "click here to install Program". The "Program" .exe will be in same directory. Sounds simple, I'm just not that familiar with the "lingo".
